Busy Family Week

This week was an eventful one for the Silver family. I was in Florida for two days on business, Matthew and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary and the kids had some special milestones as well that I want to share. Jacob was delightful at his preschool's annual Christmas program. His class dressed as Holiday Chipmunks, thus the "J" on his shirt. Elisabeth's Daisy Girl Scout troop had their first pinning ceremony. She did a beautiful job!

December usually passes by so fast for all of us. There seems to be more events and dinners and parties that we have to attend. It's always been so important to me to chronicle what is happening with our family. Taking pictures and posting them here has been a great way to share our lives with you. Thank you for being a part of our family.

I also ask that you please say a prayer and keep in your daily thoughts the thousands of men and women who serve this country through the Armed Services who are not able to share the holidays with their families. May God bring them home safely and may they each feel how appreciative their country is for being our heroes.
