Spring Break 2008 - Day 1

This week is our daughter's spring break. My husband and I could not manage to get matching days off together so we decided to stick close to home and do some fun things. Today my husband and daughter went to Natural Bridge State Resort Park to do some hiking. They even hiked in the rain...what troopers! Matthew brought a freeze-dried meal for lunch but Elisabeth refused to eat it. They ended up eating at the lodge, a wonderful place with great local food. We sometimes go there on Sundays for dinner and have loved the food each time. Matthew and Elisabeth had a lot of fun and I'm just happy that they spent time outdoors instead of at home watching television.
