Vacation - Day 1 (Saturday)

We started on the road at 4 am on Saturday, June 7th to East Berlin, PA where my Aunt and Uncle live. We almost turned the car around and went home. After changing Jacob's clothes twice, we stopped along I-79 to let Elisabeth vomit on the guard rail (after she had already left her mark on herself, the car and Matthew). Was this an omen to go home? Maybe. We pressed on....

We finally made it to my Aunt and Uncle's around lunchtime on Saturday. Jacob quickly christened them as Grandma and Grandpa. We hung out with them, my dad and my sister and her family. We ate at the Famous Hot Weiner, an institution in Hanover, PA. To me, it was just a hot dog but who am I to question the Hot Weiner’s status? I do have to say their banana milkshakes are phenomenal!
