Mardis Gras!

Every year we celebrate Fat Tuesday with a small family dinner. We made jambalaya with sausage and had delicious King Cake. Then the kids put on their masks and beads while marching through the house in their own little parade. We give them a bunch of doubloons in a cup, which they throw up in the air and try to catch as if they were at a real parade. It's always a blast to watch them and I loved it.
